TJ Greenier
Founder & President
TJ Greenier is the founder and president of Clarity, where he blends deep technical expertise with a clear, forward-leaning vision for how modern engineering organizations should operate. A former developer and mission-focused technical lead, he built Clarity around a simple principle: create a company where highly skilled engineers can do their best work, stay close to the mission, and feel genuinely supported. Today, TJ drives
Clarity’s strategic direction, expanding key partnerships, developing new service lines, and opening doors for the company’s technical leaders to excel. His leadership style is fast-moving, collaborative, and grounded in transparency: he pushes teams to seize opportunities, innovate quickly, and understand not just what they’re delivering but why it matters. Under his guidance, Clarity has evolved into a trusted, people-first
organization known for technical depth, reliable execution, and a culture that empowers engineers to lead. Outside of work, TJ channels his energy into organizing events and fundraising efforts for local nonprofits.
Ken Seiss
Vice President of IT Security
Ken Seiss is Vice President of IT Security and Compliance at Clarity and one of the company’s earliest employees. He began his career as a software engineer, building security-focused systems and firewalls for federal customers, and later led development teams and supported mission-critical programs in the federal market. At Clarity, Ken shifted from client-focused engineering work into standing up and now overseeing the
internal IT and security function as government requirements, privacy, and compliance needs have evolved. He also leads Clarity’s public sector MongoDB help desk, coordinating consultants, managing SLAs, and serving as a key liaison with MongoDB’s technical and account teams. Ken enjoys discovering new restaurants and traveling,
often applying his on-the-job mindset to anticipate needs, navigate decisions, and ensure the details come together.
Mike Keith
Vice President of Engineering
Mike has been with Clarity since 2015 and his
dedication and leadership over the last 8 years
has been nothing short of exceptional. In his
role as VP of engineering, Mike will lead the
company through technical endeavors.
Managing our internal research and development,
assisting with technical writing and presentations
and leading tech groups within our company. In his free time, Mike enjoys taking vacations to Disney and/or the Beach with his family. He is an avid disc golf player along with enjoying traditional golf, overall loves keeping up with his children’s activities and interests from figure skating through board and video games.
Whitney Shortt
Vice President of Operations
Whitney has extensive experience in procurement and program management, overseeing both subcontract and prime contracts. She has held leadership roles in organizations ranging from small businesses to global enterprises, driving operational excellence, team development, and program success. Her expertise spans program execution, strategic operations, and business development, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
At Clarity, Whitney manages contract administration, pricing and funding, and the operational details that keep programs running smoothly. She also supports business development, helping shape prime contract pursuits that create new opportunities for Clarity’s team. Outside of work, Whitney can be found at the rink supporting her son’s hockey team, a hands-on role that mirrors her talent for coordinating multiple moving parts and keeping teams aligned.
Nick Watson
Director of MongoDB Consulting
Nick Watson specializes in helping customers get the most out of their MongoDB investments, drawing on deep experience in software engineering, product development, and technical leadership. Since joining Clarity in 2019, he has led the growth of the company’s MongoDB practice — supporting clients across regulated industries and serving as a trusted technical partner for MongoDB’s own professional services teams. As a certified MongoDB Consulting Engineer, Nick works directly with customers to diagnose performance issues, optimize deployments, and guide architectural decisions, while also mentoring Clarity’s internal team and aligning the right talent to each engagement. Nick also restores classic cars, a hands-on, detail-driven craft that mirrors the patience and problem-solving he brings to helping
customers keep complex systems running smoothly
Kevin Rosso
Director of Cloud Services
Kevin Rosso brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience in software development, cloud engineering, and technical leadership. Starting his career as a self-taught developer, he built his expertise from the ground up, giving him a practical
perspective that shapes how he leads teams and communicates technical strategy. As a technical lead overseeing a development team, he excels at translating complex cloud and architecture concepts into clear, actionable guidance. Kevin also drives Clarity’s AWS partnership and leads internal cloud training initiatives that strengthen the
company’s technical readiness and competitiveness. Customers value his straightforward communication style, ability to anticipate challenges, and proven track record of delivering reliable, scalable cloud solutions. Outside the office, Kevin uses those communication skills to benefit his local community as a board member.

Ron Wilcom
Director of Innovation
Ron Wilcom brings more than 25 years of experience in enterprise software engineering, cloud solutions, and mission-focused systems. He has led large-scale, real-time analytics programs, built and managed AWS ProServe teams, and guided cloud product collaborations that help customers modernize securely and at scale. As
Director of Innovation at Clarity, Ron focuses on turning research and development efforts into funded, customer-backed solutions. He shapes IRAD initiatives, supports offerings across AWS, MongoDB, and Kubernetes, and serves as a trusted backstop on proposals and partnerships, known for translating complex technical work into clear value for customers and partners. Away from work, Ron is an avid angler, which allows him to practice patience, persistence, and the ability to read changing conditions, skills he uses to nurture new ideas and opportunities for Clarity.
Rachel Greenier
HR Manager
Rachel Greenier has been part of Clarity since the beginning, helping build the company from a startup into a thriving organization. As Finance and HR Manager, she oversees the essential functions that keep the business running, managing payroll, benefits, bookkeeping, renewals, onboarding, and the many operational details that ensure employees can stay focused on delivering for customers. With experience in banking and a degree in psychology, Rachel brings a rare blend of financial discipline, people insight, and organizational steadiness to Clarity’s back office. Rachel also supports leadership operations and security processes, often stepping in wherever the company needs reliable hands. Outside of work, she’s involved in her sons’ lacrosse and ski programs, coordinating schedules, teams, and communications with the same calm, structured approach that strengthens Clarity behind the scenes.
